The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform.

3. User Rights and Obligations

As a user, you have the right to access course content for your personal and educational use.

• Obligation to provide truthful information during registration.
• Prohibition of sharing your access credentials.
• Prohibition of copying, redistributing, or reselling any course material.

4. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Access to certain courses may require payment of a fee. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

4.1. Refund Policy

A full refund may be requested within 14 calendar days after purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email.

Once the course has been started beyond the established limit, refunds will not be accepted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Future Academy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Data loss or business interruption.
• The educational or professional outcome obtained by the user after completing a course.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the services in the last 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, texts, graphics, logos, software) is the property of Tech Future Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content solely for personal educational purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

The user may cancel their account at any time through the profile settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for services already provided.
